I contributed as a Technical Game Designer on a prototype team of 22: 5 UI/UX Designers; 2 gameplay programmers (for the first month, then all coding was done by me and 2 other technical designers); a narrative designer; 4 audio designers; 4 artists; and 2 producers. We were tasked with making a gameplay demo for a sci-fi version of Animal Crossing.

Feature Owner for Animal Crossing-Like 3C’s
Designed and implemented camera system that had dynamic cinematics for NPC conversations, smooth UX for constructing buildings and designing inside homes.
Created third-person 3D character controller using C# and Animation State Machine.
Designed and Implemented Core Gameplay Systems in C#
Implemented collectible resources, scripting gameplay economy system, creating UI, placing level art, programming player interact, adding animation and VFX.
Built player inventory system and in-game item class, defining pipeline for 3D asset integration and item data assignment.
Collaborated with gameplay programmers to implement player construction flow, me contributing with 3C’s and UI changes.
Set up initial UI system in Unity.
